
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Please note that when you book an appointment with Bright Smiles Dental, we reserve time in our schedule exclusively for you. To ensure that we can continue to provide excellent care to all our patients, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation and no-show policy.
Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, a charge of $25 may be applied.
No Show Policy
- Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show.”
- No Show Fee: A fee of $25 will be charged for missed appointments to cover the time reserved exclusively for you.
